Jeff brings over 30 years of expertise in researching, designing, developing, and leading advanced signal processing, communication, and cognitive systems for commercial and defense applications. With a proven track record in senior leadership roles and consulting for large enterprises and startups in Silicon Valley and San Diego, he has consistently driven innovation and technical excellence.

Jeff’s deep knowledge in communication systems and software engineering spans critical domains, including artificial neural networks, signal processing, array processing, source localization, threat analysis, power amplifier linearization, waveform design, and software-defined radio technology. His contributions have empowered organizations to solve complex challenges and achieve cutting-edge advancements.

Cenk brings 20 years of research experience in commercial and military wireless technologies, with emphasis on statistical inference and intelligent processing for resilience in dynamic and degraded operating conditions.

Prior to co-founding Inferatu LLC, Cenk was an S&T Fellow at TrellisWare Technologies, where he led the technical capture and execution of R&D programs; including advanced modems for LoS/BLoS communications, RF interference characterization and excision, adaptive/cognitive RF networking and RF sensing for communications electronic warfare.

Cenk holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, with emphasis on communication and information theory, and a minor in optimization theory. He is the inventor/co-inventor of more than twenty patents.
